Shipping policy

Our order processing times are 1 - 5 business days excluding holidays and weekends. Day 1 starts the day after your order is received. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have confirmed delivery to the address entered on your order. Upon Inquiry, Love Your Roots will confirm delivery information. We will provide the customer with shipping carrier information to further investigate.
